I started my fitness journey in yoga, I have my 200 hour Registered Yoga Certification and Advanced Yin Certification.
After my first pilates mat class I was hooked and I fell in love with pilates.
I completed my Reformer and Mat Certifcation with Balanced Body and then my Comprehensive Certification at Westboro Club Pilates.
I continuously further my education in Pilates and rehabilitation. I really enjoy working one on one with Members to help meet their goals.
