Rachel came to Pilates after years of searching for a movement practice that truly stuck – and once she found it, everything clicked. What began as a personal journey quickly turned into a passion. As a newer voice in the fitness world, Rachel brings fresh perspective, authenticity, and a deep appreciation for what mindful movement can do. She’s committed to helping people in every body feel strong, supported, and at ease. With a warm, welcoming approach, Rachel creates space for clients to build strength, move intentionally, and feel good in their own skin.
