Cheyenne fell in love with Pilates 10 years ago and has taken class daily since. After years of self-practice, she made it official and began instructing full-time. Cheyenne loves to honor the classical method of Contrology during her classes but is always up for fun contemporary twists on the classical repertoire. Cheyenne has always loved movement, practicing dance for almost twenty years. She believes in the strong connection between daily movement and mental health. She treats every class taken and taught as a tool to create a moment of peace and control over body, mind, and spirit. In her free time, Cheyenne loves to read and write. She also loves dogs (especially her pup Swayze), as much as Pilates! Cheyenne has always considered Pilates the best part of her day and considers it an honor to bring that joy to others through movement.
