Brooke Pylipow
Brooke is a personable and energetic motivator with a strong passion for health and fitness. With an Exercise Science degree from OSU and 12 years of experience as a Pilates teacher, personal trainer, and group fitness instructor, she finds happiness in sharing that love with others. Her certifications include Club Pilates Certified Comprehensive Instructor, NSCA Certified Personal Trainer, and most recently, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist. After a bad back injury running competitively, she found Pilates and strength training helped her heal, prevent future injuries, and feel her best. Today, she uses those same principles to help heal from a postpartum pelvic floor/ low back injury and to be strong and healthy for her new baby girl. She has a special interest in injuries and special populations and wants to help others feel their best through all of life’s challenges.
