Jessica's passion for health and fitness began ten years ago after taking her first group fitness class in Los Angeles. She immediately fell in love with the community and the energy that being in a group setting creates. After several months of taking classes, Jessica was encouraged to try teaching and soon after received her ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification. Soon after she was also trained with Balanced Body Pilates, Schwinn Cycling, TRX, and is a Barre Master Trainer with Barre Intensity.
