Jordan first found her love for Pilates while taking a Pilates course in college! She had always enjoyed running and group fitness, like barre and yoga, but turned to Pilates after starting to experience pain from sciatica in her lower back and hip . She loved the low-impact nature of Pilates and the emphasis the practice places on spinal and core strength and stability. In September 2021, Jordan enrolled in the Club Pilates Teacher Training program and joined the teaching team shortly thereafter.
