Keisha has worked in the fitness industry for well over a decade as a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor and cycle instructor. After taking her very first Reformer Pilates class at Club Pilates, she was instantly hooked! She began seeing the benefits of Pilates immediately as it helped alleviate her lower back pain and also helped her rehabilitate after a major surgery. Keisha obtained her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates training through Club Pilates Teacher training in 2017 and then her Master Training program in 2022.
