Managing pain, movement longevity, and learning to love your body are what motivate Kit Royce and her passionate Pilates practice.
She believes that with consistent strengthening, lengthening, and movement that meets your body where it’s at, but the curiosity to ask your body what it’s capable of, living in your body can be a joy-filled, fun experience.
Kit began her extensive background in health and wellness with a Degree in Nutrition, before moving into personal training and group fitness, then completing her 500-hour comprehensive Pilates certification with Club Pilates.
Approachable but direct, she will always encourage you to push yourself naturally while removing outside noise and focusing on your individual practice and goals.
