In 2015, Michelle relocated from Sydney, Australia to Chicago. Being a fitness enthusiast, she was keen to explore various group fitness activities such as indoor cycling, boxing, yoga, barre, HIIT, and indoor rock climbing. In 2016, Michelle discovered Pilates and was immediately drawn to its unique approach to exercise. Pilates helped her overcome lower back pain during pregnancy, leading to a stronger, more flexible, and balanced body. Her pregnancy journey was smoother and more enjoyable, thanks to Pilates. After recovering from childbirth, Michelle dedicated her career to sharing the benefits of Pilates with others. Michelle has adopted a teaching style that emphasizes breath control and mindful movement to help her clients increase flexibility, build strength, and reduce stress. In Michelle's free time, she enjoys taking Pilates classes or spending time with her husband and two daughters, Chelsea and Chloe.
