Sarah has been dancing since age 5 and discovered Pilates when in college her junior year. On her first session, the instructor corrected a “winging scapula”, a shoulder position no dance instructor had corrected. Sarah knew immediately there was confidence and power possible with Pilates bringing increased body awareness and new movement potential. Sarah is comprehensively trained with Body Arts and Science (BASI), and a Level 3 Educator in The Franklin Method ®. Her coaching style is about maximizing the mind-body connection through simple imagery, practical humor, and personal accountability. Sarah's life outside of Pilates involves teaching and training in dance or exploring her new home of Chicago!
