Maggie Harris is a lover of all things health and wellness. After completing her collegiate swimming career, Maggie explored other means of exercise to not only continue to workout but also become a part of a fitness community that inspired and motivated her. Her passion for fitness and the love and inspiration she experienced from her fitness family ultimately inspired her to become certified to teach group fitness and cycle classes in addition to becoming a NASM certified Personal Trainer. Maggie has several years of experience as a coach/fitness instructor and is so excited to add pilates teaching to her repertoire. Maggie first began Pilates prior to having children but has seen the enormous benefits since having her second child. One thing Maggie loves about Pilates is that it's for any body and anybody- no matter a client's age, fitness level, and experience level, Pilates is something that can be enjoyed and accessed by all. Maggie is excited to meet and work with you all!
