With over nine years of teaching experience and a background in dance, Meaghan blends classical Pilates training with functional movement to help clients move better, feel stronger, and build lasting mobility. Comprehensively certified by BASI, she has worked with clients of all ages and abilities—from athletes to those recovering from injury or navigating pre/postnatal changes. Meaghan’s sessions are challenging yet supportive, designed to improve strength, alignment, and confidence both in the studio and in everyday life.
