Hello, I’m Mari! I first discovered Pilates after years of dance, searching for a movement practice that felt both nourishing and challenging to the mind and body. I quickly fell in love with Pilates and the supportive community which inspired me to share this practice with others.
Outside the studio, my passion is innovative education. I’m a high school math and science teacher who loves helping people learn in creative ways and empowering youth to be changemakers.
In my classes, I strive to create an inclusive, supportive and welcoming environment where you walk away feeling inspired to continue growing inside and outside the studio.
