Hi, I’m Nora! I discovered Pilates over 10 years ago—and I’ve never looked back. What started as a personal practice quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Pilates helped me feel more connected to my body, and that experience inspired me to dive deeper by studying kinesiology. Now, I’m all about helping others move with purpose and feel strong and supported in their everyday lives. When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me curled up with a spicy book and a cat (or two!) by my side. I also host a fun and low-key book club every other month—because movement is important, but so is a little reading and relaxing. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, I’m here to help you feel empowered, challenged, and at home in your body.
