Maddie never quite connected with exercise until she discovered Pilates at Club Pilates. What began as a first class quickly turned into a passion, and now as an instructor, Maddie loves helping clients grow stronger while building genuine community through group movement. Her favorite part of Pilates is how it brings people fully into the present moment using breath and mindful movement to reconnect with the body, no matter what kind of day they were having before they showed up.
