I started ballet at age nine and was introduced to Pilates during that time as a way to build strength, support alignment, and prevent injury. I am so grateful to have had hardworking, passionate teachers who inspired me and helped shape my love for movement, which is a big part of why I now feel called to share the practice with others!
I’ve been teaching yoga for four years and previously taught GYROTONIC®. I recently began my journey as a Pilates instructor and have loved diving deeper into this method. I’m passionate about intentional movement, personal growth, and helping others feel strong, supported, and more connected to their bodies!
