Sharon found her love of Pilates almost 20 years ago while taking mat Pilates classes. Noticing the difference in her body both mentally and physically she wanted to share it with others. She became certified in mat as well as Pilates apparatus through Balanced Body. She went on to have her own studio teaching group classes as well as working one on one with her clients. Sharon loves functional movement and watching when a person truly connects with their own body and feels what Pilates is all about. She looks forward to working with Club Pilates and being part of a community that loves life and Pilates!
