I’m Chloe, and I'm so excited to help you discover the power of mindful movement. My own journey began with STOTT PILATES®, where I learned how precision and control can transform the body from the inside out. With a deep passion for understanding movement, my specialty is helping you identify and correct muscle imbalances so you can improve your alignment, build functional strength, and enhance your mobility. In my class, we will focus on balance, body awareness, and functional movement. I blend science-based techniques with a calm, supportive approach, creating an experience that is both challenging and restorative. My ultimate goal is to empower you to move with more confidence and ease in your everyday life.
