She holds a degree in Kinesiology and is a Certified Personal Trainer, with a background deeply rooted in sports and fitness. Her classes emphasize proper form, mobility, and core integration to support both everyday movement and athletic performance.
A mom of four active, athletic kids, Amanda understands the physical demands placed on the body through sports and daily life. After experiencing a back injury of her own, she discovered the transformative power of Pilates. Combining Pilates with her knowledge of sports nutrition and supplementation played a key role in her own recovery, inspiring her to help others heal, strengthen, and move with confidence.
Amanda believes Pilates is for everyone and for every season of life. Her teaching style is motivating, approachable, and supportive~ creating a space where clients of all levels feel strong, capable, and confident both on and off the Reformer.
