Janet Braden
Instructor
From a young age, Janet has loved movement and dance. She is passionate about sharing the benefits of healthy and mindful movement with others. In 2006, Janet became comprehensively certified through STOTT Pilates in Mat & Reformer and started teaching. With ~20 years of experience teaching Pilates, she focus on proper alignment, attention to breath and finding ease and joy in movement leading to a greater sense of well-being, both inside and out.
In addition to being a Pilates instructor, Janet is also a registered Total Barre Qualified Instructor and E-RYT 500 Yoga Teacher, an Ayurvedic Health Educator and a Reiki Master. Outside of studios, Janet loves to spend time with her family, trying new recipes, taking care of her plant babies, and being in nature.
