Jenny is comprehensively certified through both contemporary Pilates (Merrithew/STOTT Pilates) and classical Pilates (Power Pilates), embracing the richness of both approaches. Jenny is a passionate fitness enthusiast with a background in TRX, spinning, yoga, weight training, and barre. She discovered that Pilates offers the broadest range of movement, challenging strength, flexibility, coordination, balance, and proprioception in a uniquely effective way.
