Stacie is comprehensively certified through STOTT PILATES® and also holds certifications in Total Barre and TRX, and has specialties in Athletic and Golf conditioning. She brings a thoughtful, athletic and supportive teaching style to every class.
Pilates is deeply personal to Stacie. It was her pathway through a decade-long battle with depression and became the foundation for rebuilding her physical and mental strength. She teaches with the belief that everyone has untapped inner power — and that through mindful movement, clients can discover strength they didn’t know they had. Her classes are known for being fun, empowering and uplifting, with a strong focus on helping clients leave feeling better than when they walked in. Stacie wants to be YOUR cheerleader.
Her favourite class to teach is Suspend, because it has the most powerful version of the plank (lets go core)!
