Instructor

Susan Sorota obtained her Pilates Certification through Club Pilates Englewood in 2025. Susan has been teaching with Club Pilates since 2025. Originally from Rutherford, NJ, now residing in Glen Rock, Susan has been a ballet teacher locally in Bergen County for nearly 20 years. She originally began practicing reformer Pilates way back in the 80’s, while a dance major in college. For many years afterwards, she maintained a consistent Pilates mat practice, but reformer Pilates was cost prohibitive. Susan loves that Club Pilates has made reformer Pilates very accessible to the general population. She believes that a strong and functional body is the key to a good life, and all the many clients that are drawn to Club Pilates are benefitting from its success at making Pilates available and convenient.
