Vanessa, an avid athlete and self-proclaimed cardio junkie, was invited to try her first reformer Pilates class by a fellow tennis player and Pilates instructor back in 2011. She quickly realized that Pilates was a great compliment to her current fitness routine. Appreciating the low impact yet effective toning, and enjoying the flow of the movements are a few of her favorite aspects of Pilates. Vanessa obtained her Comprehensive Pilates Certification through Club Pilates. She enjoys teaching an athletic flow and helping beginners learn the principles of Pilates and proper form to help them successfully grow in their practice and get stronger overall. Vanessa finds great satisfaction and is very grateful when clients share their excitement, achievements, and milestones with her.
