Kelli began her Pilates journey in 2005 in Park City, Utah, where she instantly fell in love with the way mindful movement brought her body and mind into balance. Inspired by how strong and energized she felt both in and out of class, she made herself a promise to one day teach and help others experience that same connection. Today, she loves leading every type of class, from beginner to advanced, and believes there’s a place for each style of Pilates. Planks are her all time favorite move for building strength and stability. Outside the studio, Kelli enjoys yoga as both a teacher and student, walking, hiking in the mountains—especially when there’s snow—and spending time with her husband and their dogs. And when it comes to food, pizza will always be her spirit animal.
