Now after years of taking and teaching classes, Wendy’s come to Club Pilates Atascocita to share her will and desire for Pilates and its Principles. Wendy took Stott Mat IMP & AP training classes while studying Pilates on equipment in Katy, TX with Pam Blangy. Then while in Denver, she studied at Amy Taylor Alpers’ and Rachel Taylor Segel’s The Pilates Center, which lead to taking classes at The Pilates Loft with Jamie Ward who trained two years with Ron Fletcher himself. Wendy came home to Texas and began her formal Pilates equipment teacher training program at The Gulf Coast Pilates in Kingwood. She procured a position at Life Time Fitness as a Mind & Body Instructor teaching Pilates in the Personal Training Department. It was there she was introduced to the Peak program. With all these disciplines under her belt she enjoys nothing more than diving head first into training, teaching, and sharing her knowledge of Pilates.
