    Brieze Lafferty

    Originally from Northern California, Brieze moved to Los Angeles to pursue her career in the health and fitness industry. Growing up, Brieze was drawn to exciting, high-impact activities such as gymnastics and equestrian sports. After suffering a back and ankle injury, she found pilates and was instantly hooked. The low-impact exercise regimen was so effective at rehabbing her injuries, as well as sculpting and toning her body that she decided to become an instructor! Brieze likes to teach fun, challenging, sweaty classes that constantly keep your body guessing and your mind engaged. Brieze is comprehensively certified on all apparatuses through BASI Pilates. In addition to pilates, Brieze enjoys TRX, Boxing, Barre, Kettlebells, and Resistance Band workouts. When she’s not in the studio, you can probably find Brieze hiking with her dog Remy, soaking up the sun at the beach, or camping in the mountains on the weekends.

    As a Master Trainer with Club Pilates, you might also see Tara Crites listed to instruct the 500 hour comprehensive Teacher Training Course nationwide. Curious clients and students feel nurtured by Tara because she understands the journey. Explaining the connections and analyzing the complexities of Pilates is one of the particular skills of which she is most eager to pass on. For 15 years, Tara Crites has dedicated herself to teach safe and effective exercise. She encourages mind-body connection and remains true to her beliefs of challenging movement without extreme tension or risk of injury. Her aptitude for alignment connects the body to pure core muscles, establishing a foundation upon which people soar. Her talent in choreography and performance awarded her scholarships toward summer dance programs and admission into California Institute of the Arts (Cal Arts) Sharon Disney Lund School of Dance. Now hopelessly addicted to Argentine Tango, Tara can be found out on the town dancing multiple nights of the week. She studied briefly in Buenos Aires determined to unlock the elegant secrets of the dance. Today she continues to learn from the best and most authentic Tango instructors here in Los Angeles. Deriving her interests in Pilates from her dance studies, she maintains exceptional knowledge in kinesiology and movement education. Tara has completed courses and comprehensive programs with Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), Long Beach Dance Conditioning Advances in Pilates Technique, Harkness Center for Dance Injuries Foundations of the Dancer Patient, Movement Immersion Course with Tom Myers, Fusion Pilates for Pregnancy and Post Pregnancy, Core Conditioning Pilates, BalleCore Barre Pilates©, and the Gyrotonic® method of exercise.     Dianne Kwon.

    Dianne studied martial arts, contemporary dance, yoga, and fitness and has worked as a stunt woman. She discovered Pilates after suffering multiple injuries. She has found Pilates to be the safest, most enjoyable and effective way to tone and condition the whole body. She fell in love with Pilates right away, so much so that she decided to become a fully certified instructor!! Her goal as an instructor is to help others reach their health, and fitness goals in the safest and most enjoyable way possible. She loves being able to share the benefits of Pilates! Dianne received her certification through Pilates Sports Center in Encino CA, where she studied both classical and contemporary styles of pilates.

    I have played competitive volleyball for 13 years of my life. It left its wear and tear on my joints. Leaving me with limited exercise options. I've always loved Pilates and would do videos at home. It wasn't until I came to a Pilates reformer class that I actually felt the work out. Now I'm Pilates Addict. Certified through Club Pilates Teacher Training Program with specialties in TRX, Barre and Trigger Point I was Junior Olympic volleyball coach for Synergy Volleyball Club in Philadelphia, Pa. Teaching Division One prospects. I love challenging and giving my clients what they want. I want to know if you are starting to feel the burn. I like giving my clients variations to amp up their work out. I love teaching at Club Pilates because of all the apparatus options we have to incorporate in a workout, while playing music and having fun. When I am not teaching I am spending time with puppies. I founded the group Fur Baby Friendship Club on Facebook. We have over 4,450 members. For animal lovers to post endless cute photos of their pets.
