Pilates is a passionate part of each of our lives and all of us here in the Studio come from different backgrounds with unique offerings and skills to help share Pilates with you. Once you walk into our Front Range studio you feel the immediate vibe of a light and welcome place for you to strengthen, tone, stretch and tend to your body and your fitness needs. We offer classes with a variety of levels from basic foundation to mastery. Our private instructors are available to work with your special needs as well as boost your confidence to the next level. Pilates is designed to systematically move you in each direction resulting in a more balanced, aligned physique. Utilizing the apparatus designed by Joseph Pilates our studio offers both classes and private sessions with over 7 pieces of equipment that offer Pilates unlike any other locally. Our staff of Instructors come from extensive backgrounds of training with both classical and contemporary Pilates philosophy to allow for variety and expertise and have over 20 years of experience. We also offer a 500 hour Pilates Teacher Training at the studio for those looking to make Pilates a career.
