    Sara Hill

    Sara Hill holds BS in exercise science from East Carolina University. After many years of competitive dance training, she developed a love for Pilates. Passing on her passion for Pilates creates her client-centered approach to teaching and training. She is Balance Body trained for Pilates and also holds personal training, yoga, and various other fitness certifications.

    Katie Norton

    I was born and raised in Charlotte, NC.... and attended Queens University here in Charlotte where I got my Bachelors in Business marketing and psychology. After school, I worked in the mortgage industry and the financial planning sector. After having my daughter, Madison, in 2008I decided that the corporate world was no longer something I wanted to pursue. At this point in my life, I had developed a strong yoga practice and decided to go to teacher training and began teaching in 2008. I have taught in several yoga studios and a Pilates studio where I found a connection with Pilates mat and reformer work. Fitness has been a big part of my life. In 2016, I got my personal training certification and most recently got my Pilates certification in December 2017. I am excited to be part of Club Pilates. Club Pilates has an innovative approach to reformer work that is both challenging and fun- 2 things that are crucial when you are working out. Taking care of yourself is a must... and so Pilates is a must! See you in class!

    Farrah Bauer

    Farrah is very passionate about fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Originally from Long Island NY and now living in South Charlotte, she started her fitness career in 2001 with a certification in Spin. She went on to get a group fitness certification from AFAA as well as a personal training certification from NSCA. She came to Pilates and read about the amazing benefits it offers. The focus on functional training and mind-body connection spoke to her. She became certified through Polestar Pilates in 2007. Since then she has owned a studio and taught clients in group and private settings. Watching clients have that moment when it all clicks is one of many aspects of teaching she finds rewarding.
