Emilie has been teaching Pilates for 20 years in LA and her hometown, NYC. In addition to Pilates Mat and apparatus, She has certifications from BeYoga with Alan Finger, MELT method with Sue Hitzman and the Center for Women’s Fitness with Carolyn Anthony in pre and post natal training. Emilie loves the versatility of Pilates and has experienced how any body can benefit from its simple and ingenious principles.
While graduating in Physical Education in Brazil, Gabriella had her first contact with Pilates and fell in love with the method instantly!! She saw the difference and transformation in her body physically and mentally shortly after taking classes. She decided to become a Pilates instructor which would allow her to help people feel better with themselves both physically and mentally! She has been a Pilates instructor since 2010 and believes it’s really gratifying and motivating for her to be able to help and motivate others to live an active lifestyle!
Karen has been a full-time fitness professional for 16 years. She is revered for truly making people feel better about their bodies and relieving stress from their mind through exercise. Karen graduated with honors and holds a BA in Communications from the University of Rhode Island and holds the following fitness certifications STOTT® Pilates Mat & Reformer, AFAA Primary Group Exercise , AFAA Step, NASM CPT, and Vbarre. She is trained in STOTT® Pilates Special Populations, Equipment for Breast Cancer Rehab, Intense Sculpting Challenge, Reformer for Men, Jumpboard Strength & Conditioning, Zenga & Core, Pilates Programming V2 Max Reformer, TOTAL BARRE . Also, Power House Pilates Integrated Tower, IMX Pilates Mat & Reformer and Balanced Body Jumpboard.
Patti Rando has worked as a professional dancer since the age of 15. Got into the world of fitness after having her first son. She has taught Aerobics, Step, Spin, Zumba and Les Mills Program. Patti first fell in love with Pilates after just one class and knew this was going to be her next journey in the fitness world. Patti has over 15 years of Pilates experience with certifications in Mat and full Apparatus . She is married to Jim and they have two sons - Raymond and Michael. She is currently residing in Lincoln Park. Patti enjoys teaching and being able to help others through movement!
Laura holds a BA from Hartwick College and an MBA from St. John’s University. After years in the finance industry, she turned her love of fitness into a part-time career. She is a Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Pilates Instructor certified by the Pilates Method Alliance. Laura is also an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor and NETA Certified Personal Trainer with specialty trainings in willpower & grace®, Spinning®, TRX®, Bender Barre® and Pulse Pointe Barre. Laura discovered pilates in 2014 after a bad snowbording injury. She truly believes that Pilates is for everyone, young or old, injured or healthy.
