Pauline is originally from Australia and moved to the US in 2004. She has 2 daughters in college which gives her and her husband more time with their 8 year old Border Collie, Ranae. She loves hiking, cycling, traveling, and is a certified foodie! She started doing Pilates to build stability and mobility for long term physical health. She has been an instructor for 12 years and her training consists of Balanced Body comprehensive with additional certifications in TRX, Booty Barre, BarreAbove, Pilates Suspension Method and more. Pauline’s favorite part about Pilates is fluid and functional strength training!
