Sean
Sean discovered Pilates in 2019 while seeking a career change. After working in the realms of cuisine and food science, he realized that he was called to do something related to moving the body. He instantly fell in love with the precision and mindfulness involved in Pilates and how it can be very gentle or extremely challenging depending on what the body needs in that moment. Sean’s passion is sharing the many wonderful gifts (like strength, balance, focus, zen) that can be found within a Pilates practice and he is so happy to be at Club Pilates, which has proven to be the perfect place to explore and attain what moving the body mindfully can offer.
