Tia has been active her whole life, from competitive dance, mixed martial arts and going to the gym, she has always enjoyed moving her body. However when she discovered Pilates, a new passion arose and since then has learned so much about the system of movement. Having a strong connection to the breath and working to strengthen the mind body connection is such a valuable tool that Tia is glad to have learned young. She is passionate about the work Pilates does and looks forward to sharing it with clients of all walks of life.
