Meet Your Master Trainer!

Charlie Qureshi
Charlie is a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor with a deep love for movement and biomechanics. She began teaching mat Pilates at just 17 after being introduced to the practice through a magnet school dance program. At 23, she earned her official certification through the PhysicalMind Institute and has since grown into a multi-studio owner with her business partner Molly and a Master Trainer with Club Pilates.
 
In addition to her Pilates expertise, Charlie is certified in Trigger Point, Barre Above, TRX, and is a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Her commitment to continuous learning has led her to pursue extensive continuing education, allowing her to help Pilates practitioners find both joy and functionality through movement.
 
Charlie thrives on helping others develop intelligent and loving relationships with their bodies through movement exploration. Her mission is to guide you in discovering the wonders of Pilates, deepening your connection with your physical self, and empowering you to move with confidence. With her innovative, fun, and challenging workouts, she will be by your side every step of the way, ensuring each session leaves you feeling stronger, more balanced, and inspired!
