Gidget has been a Pilates instructor for over 20 years. She was originally certified through Stott Pilates where she went on to become a Stott Master Trainer. Since then in her quest to heal bodies through Reformer Pilates, Gidget has completed the Club Pilates Master Trainer Program and has been successfully teaching students to become Instructors through our Club Pilates Teacher Training Program!

Gidget is a Level 3 Fascia Stretch Therapy Specialist as well as a Licensed Massage Therapist.
