Meet Your Master Trainer!

Caroline Styles
Caroline Styles has been passionate about Pilates for nearly 20 years, completing the Club Pilates Comprehensive training and specializing in pre & postnatal fitness with additional certifications from Girls Gone Strong. With a background in theatre and dance, she brings fluid transitions and strong cueing to her classes, and as a Master Trainer, she leads with positivity and structured mentorship to help future instructors build both skills and confidence. Outside the studio, she enjoys reading, knitting, time with her two cats, and exploring Knoxville’s food scene with her husband.

Caroline Styles
Caroline Styles has loved Pilates for almost 20 years, first practicing when she was in middle school. She has a deep connection with the Club Pilates brand, completing the Club Pilates Comprehensive training, while working as a sales rep at the front desk. Having been through the program herself, she has firsthand experience to help her guide new participants through the course. Caroline specializes in pre & postnatal clients, holding a Pre & Postnatal Certificate from the Girls Gone Strong program, as well as a general Women’s Fitness Certificate from the same. Caroline’s background in theatre and dance helps her create fluid transitions and provide strong cueing in class, something she instills in her TTPs. As an MT, she leads with positive support and a structured mentorship plan following the In-Studio days. She is passionate about helping participants find their spark and confidence as Pilates instructors, acknowledging that being a great instructor is so much more than just understanding the movements and the methods behind them.
