The Comprehensive Program is the right path if you want to teach all eight Club Pilates class types from day one — including the full apparatus suite. Most graduates are career-changers or dedicated practitioners ready to go all-in.

Fiona James & Clarissa Shepherd Hayes

Club Pilates Master Instructor · Burke
Originally from Scotland, Fiona James has been an instructor of Pilates, Yoga, and Barre for over 15 years. She has subsequently earned certifications in Core Barre, Core Align and TRX. Fiona is a Club Pilates Master trainer helping students, but also a Club Pilates Corporate Master Trainer creating training content for 8K experienced Instructors in over 1K studios worldwide. She loves to hike, stand up paddleboard and spend time with her husband and two children.


Clarissa Shepherd Hayes is a classical (Peak Pilates) & contemporary (Club Pilates) trained Pilates Instructor with over 10 years of experience. She is TRX certified and Buff Bones certified as well. She is a Club Pilates Master Trainer and Barre Above Master Trainer. She specializes in Perinatal Pilates, kids Pilates, and working with professional athletes (NFL).

  • Part A is a 265-hour Mat and Reformer programme — you'll graduate qualified to teach Intro, Level 1, Level 1.5, and Restore classes. Comprehensive is 450 hours covering the full apparatus suite, qualifying you to teach all nine Club Pilates class types. Part A graduates can add the remaining apparatus modules at any time to become Comprehensively certified.
