Meet Your Master Trainer!

Tina Gingras
Tina is a nationally certified Pilates teacher who is dedicated to helping people achieve their fitness and wellness goals. Her focus is on changing movement patterns or habits so you can be stronger, move better, and reduce chronic pain. Tina began teaching for Club Pilates in 2014 and became a Master Trainer in 2020. She was selected as one of the top 10 Nominees for the 2018 Club Pilates Instructor of the year. What she loves most about teaching and training is the connections made with each client and the inspiration gleaned from sharing a few invaluable hours in their lives. Along with Pilates, Tina has certifications in TRX, Barre Above and Triggerpoint Foam Rolling. She maintains certifications with the American Council of Exercise as a Group and Youth Fitness Instructor. In 2021, she completed her advanced training in Pilates for Neurological Conditions from the NeuroStudio in New York and gained her Functional Aging Specialist Certification with the Functional Aging Institute.
