Reesheda began her pilates journey in 2007 and has been a Master Trainer with Club Pilates since 2022. Reesheda is passionate about mentoring aspiring teachers in an ever-growing community of Pilates professionals. Her specialties are Pre- and Post-Natal, MS, Shoulder Injuries, Breast Cancer Exercise specialist, and Athletic Conditioning and training.
