Laura Powers
Laura Powers is an internationally trained professional ballet dancer, comprehensive Pilates instructor, and 500-hour Experienced Yoga Teacher (EYT) with more than 24 years of teaching experience. She has dedicated her career to helping clients improve strength, mobility, performance, and overall well-being through movement. Laura holds certifications through the Pilates Method Alliance (PMA), Yoga Alliance, TRX, Barre Above, Trigger Point Therapy, Brain Longevity Therapy, and several specialized fitness disciplines. Her diverse background allows her to work with everyone from beginners and special populations to elite athletes and fitness professionals. Throughout her career, Laura has coached state champions, Junior Olympic athletes, and professional athletes, while also working with actresses, models, and stunt performers. Known for her energetic teaching style and deep knowledge of movement, she is passionate about empowering others through education, fitness, and lifelong learning. Above all, Laura is a devoted mother of two boys and believes that movement has the power to transform lives both physically and mentally.
