Clarissa Shepherd is a classical ( Peak Pilates) & contemporary ( Club Pilates) trained Pilates instructor. She is Club Pilates Master Trainer and Barre Above Master Trainer.She specializes in Perinatal Pilates, kids Pilates, and working with professional athletes ( NFL).

Clarissa is available for mentoring, kids parties, school events, group classes and private sessions.
