Her expertise lies in seeing each client as a unique individual, and tailoring each class so that everyone enjoys a successful and positive movement experience. Fiona approaches teacher training with the same mindset, meeting people where they are and empowering them to achieve their goals and so much more.

Fiona James
Fiona began her Pilates journey 25 years ago in Scotland, where she is originally from. She has called Alexandria, VA, home for the past 18 years, becoming a Pilates instructor over 15 years ago. Since 2020, Fiona has been a Master Trainer (MT) for Club Pilates and a Club Pilates Corporate MT since 2022. Fiona has a proven track record of graduating trainees, many of whom have gone on to work at Club Pilates locations. She has created numerous professional development training courses for Pilates instructors, and mentors both trainees and peer instructors nationwide. Fionaâs passion is helping people find - and share - their love for movement!
