Meet Your Master Trainer!

Anel Rahbari
Anel is an NPCP-certified Pilates instructor and Master Trainer for Club Pilates, with over 10 years of teaching experience. Trained through a comprehensive 500-hour program, she also holds certifications in Barre and multiple TRX modalities. Anel teaches with warmth, creativity, and intention, guiding clients toward strength, balance, and mindful movement. Outside the studio, she loves hiking, mountain biking, and spending time with her family.

Meet Your Master Trainer!

Anel Rahbari

Anel is a passionate Pilates instructor certified through the NPCP with over a decade of teaching experience. She completed her comprehensive 500-hour Teacher Training Program through Club Pilates and also holds certifications in Barre, TRX Suspension Training, TRX Rehab, and TRX Yoga Foundation. In December 2025, Anel elevated her leadership in the industry by becoming a Master Trainer for Club Pilates, a role that reflects her expertise, dedication, and commitment to shaping the next generation of instructors.
 
For Anel, Pilates is more than movement — it’s a mindful journey of strength, balance, and personal transformation. She deeply values the foundational principles of Pilates and loves helping clients enhance both their physical well-being and mental clarity.
 
Her classes are warm, supportive, creative, and intentionally structured to welcome every body. Students can expect a space where they feel encouraged, grounded, and inspired to discover their own path to wellness.
 
Outside the studio, you’ll find Anel recharging in nature — hiking and mountain biking are among her favorite ways to connect with the outdoors. She also enjoys expanding her Pilates knowledge through ongoing education, cooking, and spending meaningful time with her family.
