Charlie Qureshi
Charlie is a passionate and experienced Pilates instructor with a deep love for movement and biomechanics. She began teaching mat Pilates at just 17 after being introduced to the practice through a magnet school dance program. At 23, she earned her official certification through the PhysicalMind Institute and has since grown into a multi-studio owner and is a Master Trainer with Club Pilates.

Charlie thrives on helping others develop intelligent and loving relationships with their bodies through movement exploration.
