Debbie is a published author of Sacred Sex and Pilates and a distinguished Pilates Teacher Trainer with 20 years of experience. She is deeply committed to preserving the legacy of Contrology while fostering the growth of the next generation of instructors.
Her career has been defined by a passion for building and motivating high-performing instructors. During her tenure as a Teacher Trainer for Equinox, Debbie was recognized as one of the top Pilates instructors company-wide in both 2017 and 2018. Most recently, she received the 2024 Club Pilates Visionary Award for her success in developing and guiding new instructors for franchisees in Maryland.
Debbie’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that ""When I'm teaching, I'm learning, and when I'm learning, I'm teaching.""
