Tove's home studio is Club Pilates Mercer Island, and has been a Pilates instructor since 2015 with additional certifications: CPT from NASM, Fitness based Pilates through Rockit Body Pilates, Master Trainer for Rockit Body Pilates, as well as Spinning Certification.

Tove Aaronson
Tove's home studio is Club Pilates Mercer Island, and has been a Pilates instructor since 2015 with additional certifications: CPT from NASM, Fitness based Pilates through Rockit Body Pilates, Master Trainer for Rockit Body Pilates, as well as Spinning Certification.
She fell in love with Pilates in 2008 and has been practicing ever since. With continued education in pre and post natal, functional fitness, HIIT, nutrition, rehab/injury, athletic conditioning.
Tove uses the Pilates Principles to help students and clients reach their full potential while bringing fun, energetic, and positive energy to each class and session!
