Meet Your Master Trainer!

Ashley Smith
Ashley Smith is a passionate and dedicated Pilates professional with over 20 years of teaching experience. She has been an integral part of the Club Pilates community for more than 7 years, and in 2024, she earned the title of Master Trainer. Ashley’s journey into Pilates began in 2005, following a back injury. Through consistent practice, she was able to rehabilitate herself, restore her strength, and experience firsthand the life-changing benefits of the method.

This personal transformation ignited her mission to help others achieve the same—whether it’s recovering from injury, improving athletic performance, or simply moving through life with more strength, confidence, and ease. Ashley is deeply committed to her craft and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education, staying at the forefront of the latest science, research, and trends in movement, rehabilitation, and functional fitness.

Her teaching style blends technical precision with an encouraging, client-centered approach, making her classes both challenging and accessible. Ashley believes that Pilates is more than exercise—it’s a powerful tool for building a healthier, more resilient body and mind.

Ashley believes movement is medicine, and that every body—regardless of age, fitness level, or physical limitations—has the capacity to grow stronger and move better. She strives to create an empowering environment where clients feel seen, supported, and inspired to discover their own potential. For Ashley, Pilates is not just about perfecting form, but about cultivating a deeper connection between mind and body that carries into every aspect of life.
