She has been an integral part of the Club Pilates community for more than 7 years, and in 2024, she earned the title of Master Trainer. Ashleyâs journey into Pilates began in 2005, following a back injury. Through consistent practice, she was able to rehabilitate herself, restore her strength, and experience firsthand the life-changing benefits of the method.
This personal transformation ignited her mission to help others achieve the sameâwhether itâs recovering from injury, improving athletic performance, or simply moving through life with more strength, confidence, and ease. Ashley is deeply committed to her craft and continues to expand her expertise through ongoing education, staying at the forefront of the latest science, research, and trends in movement, rehabilitation, and functional fitness.
