Kim's career began in 1993 as a Physical Fitness Coordinator in the U.S. Navy, where her own postpartum back pain led her to discover the transformative power of Pilates. Since then, she has owned a Pilates studio, taught as an adjunct professor at UNH, started Pilates programs at retirement centers, and presented workshops for nationally recognized fitness organizations. She is passionate about helping people move with greater strength, confidence, and ease while inspiring both clients and instructors to continue learning and growing.
