Mallory found Pilates as a runner with chronic back pain. After doing Pilates for a couple of years, she decided to add Pilates to her Personal Training knowledge. Upon graduating college she got her first Pilates certification through the gym she worked at, then went through the bridge program through Balanced Body. Mallory worked at a gym as a Personal Trainer & Pilates Instructor for 7 years then opened her own training business. After about 2 years of owning her own business, she realized she missed the group fitness environment. She closed her business and found Club Pilates, which reinvigorated her love for Pilates and helped her find her passion again. Mallory loves to constantly learn and in turn help others learn and grow as well. She hopes to inspire new instructors to find their own unique Pilates Personality, while also teaching them how to safely and correctly lead clients through their workouts. Educating new instructors has been a dream of hers since she was hired at Club Pilates and she is so excited to finally turn her passion for Pilates into helping new instructors discover such a rewarding career.
After practicing Pilates for the last 20 years, Lindsey has enjoyed every aspect of the field. Deciding to make Pilates her career, Lindsey completed her certification through Body Arts Science International with a specialization in Pilates for Dancers instructed by Karen Clippinger in 2009. During the first couple years of being an instructor, Lindsey had the opportunity to primarily work with dancers and athletes until she moved to New York City and got to explore and teach throughout Manhattan. After returning home to get married in 2012, she was looking for a home studio and was lucky enough to find Club Pilates owned by Keely Watson in 2014 and has been teaching at Club Pilates throughout Orange County ever since. She enjoys the creative availability that CP studios have to offer to expand her education with TRX, Barre Above and
Trigger Point workshops and continuing education. Every year Lindsey hopes to deepen her practice and her connection to clientsâ needs. It is her goal to get to know each of her clients and students to help them on their journey better. In 2019, Lindsey had the privilege of becoming a Master Trainer for Club Pilates and has truly found her passion for teaching and certifying students. Helping new teachers become more aware of their clients or finding the courage to be more confident teachers has been so fulfilling for her. With another year completed, Lindsey is ready to take on the adventure of what each class brings.
