Sam Dunne
As a Master Trainer for Club Pilates, Samantha leads 500-hour teacher training programs across Canada, mentoring future instructors with compassion, clarity, and a deep respect for the Pilates method. Her mission: uphold its integrity while evolving to meet modern bodies and lifestyles. Whether teaching clients or guiding teachers, Samantha believes in the power of movement to transform both body and mind—with a smile.

Sam Dunne
Samantha found her passion in exercise and movement, enjoying all forms of fitness across all ages and disciplines. Bringing humor, music, choreography, and fun to her classes, she is also a Lead Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Exercise Nutrition Advisor who is dedicated to helping clients achieve lifelong wellness.

Over a decade ago, Samantha began specializing in instructor education. While traveling the world with her military family, she discovered her greatest passion in teaching others how to move well. After relocating to Alberta, Canada, in 2010, she shifted her focus to Pilates, emphasizing alignment and the connection between mind, body, and breath. She firmly believes in the significant cognitive benefits of the Pilates method.

As a Master Trainer for Club Pilates, Samantha travels across Canada facilitating the 450-hour Teacher Training program. She is committed to upholding the integrity of the Pilates method while adapting it to meet the needs of today's diverse bodies and lifestyles. As a coach and mentor, she guides aspiring instructors through the intensive curriculum, helping them graduate with the confidence and skills to teach internationally.
